JIM DENNEY is a full-time writer who has written over 50 books. He not only writes novels, like the TIMEBENDER Series, but he has also written many nonfiction books. He has worked with various famous people, helping them turn their life stories into books. One of his favorite people to work with was Super Bowl champion Reggie White, who used to play defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers. Jim helped the football star write his autobiography, Reggie White: In the Trenches. If you enjoy books about sports heroes, you would like that book.

Jim has been a science-fiction and fantasy fan for most of his life. He enjoys life in California with his wife and two kids. When he's not at his computer, cranking out books, you can find him and his family at some of their favorite vacation spots — Yosemite National Park, the 3,000-year-old California Redwoods, the Pacific coast, or on a roller-coaster ride at a California theme park.
